The Roost - September 2024
There are 3 beautiful cottages to stay here, we had a long weekend in "The Roost " and had a fabulous time. It was beautifully decorated, clean, and tidy with everything you need set in peaceful surroundings.
There was a hot tub situated in a private courtyard, smart TV's in the lounge, and both bedrooms . There was also a walk-in shower, and the bathroom had under floor heating.
This was a great place to explore the stunning scenery and places of the East Riding of Yorkshire, Burton Constable Hall is nearby and definitely worth a visit.
We highly recommend Field House Farm and look forward to returning again soon.
The Hive - May 2024
Stayed at The Hive for 3 nights over the Easter bank holiday and had such a wonderful time. Greeted and shown around by the owner Catherine, the place was so clean and modern and had absolutely everything you would need.
The location is fab with a big Asda about an 8 minute drive away and quite a few little pubs close by.
The hot tub was great and was topped up during our stay. There was a barbecue outside too which we enjoyed toasting marshmallows on at night.
There is 2 smart TVs one in the lounge area and one up next to the bed.
The bed was so comfortable and the shower was amazing too, there was a heated towel rack which was great for drying out stuff from the hot tub.
We really liked the heated floor downstairs and also the electric blinds on the skylights that we could close at night.
We would definitely come back here again and would 100% recommend!
The Warren - April 2024
We just hired the Warren for 8 of us, our friends hired the 2 adjoining cottages.
All cottages absolutely fantastic, rear hot tub area opened up so we could all socialise and enjoy our time together.
The owners were extremely helpful and friendly.
Would recommend to anyone to pay a visit and enjoy these luxury cottages, can't wait to re-visit, thank you, from all of us.

By Car:
From Hull: Take the A63 towards the A1033. Continue on the A1033 and then take the B1242 towards Skirlaugh. Follow the signs to Field House Farm, and you’ll find us nestled in the beautiful countryside.
From Beverley: Head south on the A1174, then take the A1035 towards the A1033. Follow the A1033 to the B1242 and look for signs leading to Field House Farm.
From the M62: Exit at Junction 38, then follow the A63 towards Hull. Take the A1033 exit and follow the same route as above.
Public Transport:
By Train: The nearest train station is in Hull. From there, you can take a taxi or use local bus services to reach Skirlaugh.
By Bus: There are local bus services from Hull and surrounding areas that stop in Skirlaugh. Check local timetables for the best routes and schedules.
